This fossil tooth dates back up to ~23-34 million years ago and is from the tiger shark which belongs to the genus, Galeocerdo. Fossilized tiger shark teeth have a very distinctive and formidable appearance. These teeth are broad, curved, and have a unique double-serrated edge.
